Point1) makes me perplexed - Can there be agreements with open ended time periods.
But whatever is the exit strategy i will end up paying almost $10,000 as lawyer fees.

No. Usually agreements define maximum time period or a condition (whatever happens first).
Here is one example. An actor may agree that he won't sign any other role until this movie is completed or 12 months from the agreement date.

Additionally , I saw a post about "5 reasons to not contribute" that was a gud one. I will bump that one up ...I am surprised that we cant get a 1000 people to contribute some money..An avg of $50 will get us beyond $50,000 (Obviously we dont need even 1000 people because many will contribute 100 or more) ..There just too many leaches who wait for others to do thier job..

A note to my fellow IV members - I am not after the $42/Hr job. Good luck in finding a US citizen to do this job. I was wrong about EEO, it is actually IRCA which prohibits discrimination in recruitment and hiring.

As per web page on this link -Do allow all employees (including non-U.S. citizens) to provide any permissible documents to establish their identity or work authorization during the employment verification process.This will exclude applicants on H-1B visa status as they don't have work authorization to work for the new employer.
However, as I said before, Employer can not discriminate between GC holder, EAD, and OPT holder.

Here is my USPS status so far , they are slow in updating than Fedex/UPS.
Its also true that for Next day delivery they charge $20-25 but Fedex/UPS charges $80-$100. Lets hope it actually reaches there.

Hello All,
Talked to my lawyer today about the checks; they have been encashed for myself and my spouse on 9/4. My RN starts with SRC.
My I-140 was approved from Texas and my AOS/485 was mailed on july 2nd and arrived on july 3rd to NSC.
Just a curious question for those you have already received their RN#. When checking the case status it displays "I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS "...will this message change when EAD has been approved and mailed?

Had raised a SR for dependent on 5th August . Got standard reply .....initial review, wait for45 days....
Infopass on 10th Aug - was told case is pre adjudicated
Opened SR on the 11th of August for primary . ....Have not yet got any reply for that.
Today got email - Card production ordered.
